Right now we always error out saying that the dependency on > 'bar' is not fullfilled - not particularly helpful. +1 If `yum install foo` also installs bar, and `pgxn install foo` downloads, builds, and installs bar, it makes sense to me that `CREATE EXTENSION foo` would install bar if it was available, and complain if it wasn’t.
