Well WARNING is kinda standard - I have seen the like in other projects. Well, at least this way they'll read it and then hopefully port over to tsearch or at least they can make an informed decision to stick with fulltextindex. It is pretty crummy tho - they shouldn't be using it.
NOTICE might be another idea. But really, if the feeling is that it might be removed in the future, then WARNING is correct.
