Hi, waitpid() is used with "#ifdef HAVE_WAITPID" in reaper(), but NOT in BaseBackup(). Why not? We can ensure that all platforms which PostgreSQL supports have waitpid()? If so, can we get rid of "#ifdef HAVE_WAITPID" in reaper()?
