There are many restriction on views, none of which are applicable to our middle layer. This is so because, even though the middle layer is encapsulating the addressing and mapping details from the user , it still provides complete access and rights to the database according to the user's privilege level. 2) Views are optional, wherever our middle layer is built right in the database. It is not optional. User can only see the middle layer. It cannot directly interact with the underlying layers. Please let me know your feedback and comments.
