The location of the cvs repository recently changed. It is know
accessible as
:pserver:<userid>@cvs.postgresql.org:/cvsroot
Your commandline for an initial login should be:
$ cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot login

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
(send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to [EMAIL PROTECTED])
