In the odbc/multibyte.h is
if (strstr(str, "%27SJIS%27") || strstr(str, "'SJIS'") ||
strstr(str, "'sjis'"))
..and same line for BIG5
I add here new names 'Shift_JIS' and 'Big5' only.
