This is all utter BS though. The current process is about as simple for a submitter as it could possibly be: 1) If you want to send us a patch mail it to us. 2) For advanced users only: If you want to see our todo list it's over here; feel free to add things to it if you want us to do something like, say, give you feedback or commit your patch. Anything else is *more* complex. It might be justified by how much it would help us keep things organized and so on.
