Trond, of Red Hat; Reinhard Max, of SuSE; and Thomas Lockhart, of PostgreSQL Inc (:-)) have all been major contributors to the RPM distribution. Karl DeBisschop, Mike Mascari, and many others have provided fixes and ideas as well.
