This commit was part of a set of patches that forced a catalog version
changes in PG 11 in early September, 2018.

Good idea.  The new text is:

        <command>SELECT *</command> will now output those columns for the many
        system tables which have them.  Previously, the columns had to be 
selected
        explicitly.
