In commit d50d172e51, which adds support for FINAL relation pushdown in postgres_fdw, I forgot to update the FDW documentation about GetForeignUpperPaths to mention that the extra parameter of that function points to a FinalPathExtraData structure introduced by that commit in the case of FINAL relation pushdown. Attached is a patch for that.
