BTW I forgot to mention that this is going to get crake, akepa and baza worked up about ABI breakage because of the change to ReorderBufferAddNewTupleCids(). That was unavoidable, I think, but I checked codesearch.debian.net and a somewhat stale copy of the PGXN tarballs and found no users of those.
