PostgreSQL 11 was stamped Beta 4[1] yesterday evening for release on 2018-09-20. There is a copy of the Beta 4 release notes draft here[2]. I would greatly appreciate any review and feedback on them, particularly around technical accuracy and any omissions that should be included. Thanks!
