Initial digestion has gone well. The remaining pieces have been done as 3ce357584e79 and a4e986ef5a46. For the prompt part, I have added a couple of tests with \echo and the variables. The patch felt incomplete without these. Perhaps we could extend them more, at least we have a start point. -- Michael
