The status of this is quite unclear to me: - There are two email threads and the most recent email is in the original one (https://www.postgresql.org/message-id/flat/canp8+jkitbsrb7otgt9cy2i1obfot36z0xmraqc+xrz8qb0...@mail.gmail.com/); I think the status should be set to "Waiting for Author" but it was reset to "Needs review" by Pavan on 06/19/2018 (based on the second email thread?) - The patch was reverted in https://git.postgresql.org/gitweb/?p=postgresql.git;a=commitdiff;h=08ea7a2291db21a618d19d612c8060cda68f1892
