Hi! According to the discussion above, I've added the 'proerrsafe' attribute to the PG_PROC relation. The same was done some time ago by Nikita Glukhov but this part was reverted. This is a WIP patch, I am new to this part of Postgres, so please correct me if I'm going the wrong way.
