COPY FROM FORMAT CSV FORCE_NULL(*) ?

discussed.

Current seem you cannot do
    COPY forcetest  FROM STDIN WITH (FORMAT csv,  FORCE_NULL(*));

can we have FORCE_NULL(*)? Since We already have FORCE_QUOTE(*).
