[GENERAL] Best Perl DBI Driver for Postgres

Can anyone recommend a stable Perl DBI driver for Postgresql?

 

I'm using DBD::PgPP and it's limited to not using BLOB data and has a bug in it if you return only one filed.  Have a better suggestion?
