I have a problem with local host resolving.

I am running HP-UX 11.23 and have installed postgresql 8.1.3
Localhost is in /etc/hosts, I also have nsswitch.conf and resolv.conf
configured.

Trying NIS
looking up FILES
Name: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1
Aliases: loopback
Can anyone help me on this.
