pg_dump -Fc -v -f temp.dump yourdatabase
pg_restore -l temp.dump | grep FUNCTION >functionlist
pg_restore -L functionlist temp.dump >yourfunctions.sql
of course you can just use your regular dump and so
skip the first part.
