This was discussed beforehand on -hackers, but it appears that several using CVS aren't subscribed to that list, so haven't seen the change notice.

It is easier to recycle the local sandbox:
<sandbox-root>-$ find . -name Repository -exec perl -pi.bak -e "s/pgsql-server/pgsql/;" {} ';'
