I'm packaging prebuilt packages for ProFTPD having PostgreSQL support:

http://www.gunduz.org/seminer/proftpd/paketler/v1.2.9_pgsql/

/RPMS/ directory contains probuild packages for RH 9 and RHEL3, built
against PostgreSQL 7.4. SRPMS directory has the SRPM. I've added docs
into the packages about installing and configuring PostgreSQL support.

They were once at ftp://ftp.proftpd.org/contrib/users/DevrimGUNDUZ/ but
the directory seems to be empty now...

Regards,
