I'm packaging prebuilt packages for ProFTPD having PostgreSQL support: http://www.gunduz.org/seminer/proftpd/paketler/v1.2.9_pgsql/ /RPMS/ directory contains probuild packages for RH 9 and RHEL3, built against PostgreSQL 7.4. SRPMS directory has the SRPM. I've added docs into the packages about installing and configuring PostgreSQL support. They were once at ftp://ftp.proftpd.org/contrib/users/DevrimGUNDUZ/ but the directory seems to be empty now...
