Hi, I just downloaded a latest (9.6.2) version of libpg. I am wondering - what is the lowest version of PostgreSQL it will be able to connect?
Also - I want to create a project inside my MSVC 2010 solution and compile. Is there anything I need besides src/include and src/interface/libpg?
