I very rarely do an install on Windows,
We had over 1000 installations in last 4 years, and about 5-6% had
issues, but this one is tough.... everything we have done to clear past
issues had no effect on this case.
so all I can do is point you at other resources. My guess is you will
get an answer sooner from the installer forum:
