The documentation has been added with this recent commit, two years
after the feature:
commit c78aa91c82610bd131697d0f4ed152d8017f476b
Author: Patrick Radtke <prad...@stanford.edu>
Date: Fri May 2 10:42:58 2014 -0700

    Apply patch for failover documentation

The website is as well a bit outdated.
