One of the link says codepage 65001 and utf-8 is same - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1629437/is-codepage-65001-and-utf-8-the-same-thing. Am not able to find windows codeset equivalent of utf-8 and set it as LC_COLLATE while creating database. Has anyone set the LC_COLLATE as utf-8 on windows? Regards...
