This is also strange:

 LOG:  statement: INSERT INTO recipients (DealID,
Contactid)                               VALUES (29010, 14340)
 ERROR:  invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0xf2 0x2f 0x04 0xa0

next query only with the first value incremented produces different error

 LOG:  statement: INSERT INTO recipients (DealID,
Contactid)                               VALUES (29011, 14340)
 ERROR:  invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0x88
