My suggestion- if your product uses stored procedures/packages heavily, have a look at EnterpriseDB. Otherwise, try plain simple PostgreSQL. That is what we did. We used ora2pg for database migration and orafce (http://pgfoundry.org/projects/orafce/) to minimize code changes. Since we did not have many procedures/packages it worked very well.
