Ok, that is the old repo. So, do this as root: rpm -Uvh http://yum.pgrpms.org/reporpms/8.4/pgdg-centos-8.4-2.noarch.rpm That will update the repo URL. Now you can run yum update postgresql* to update postgresql packages.
