[GENERAL] Postgres 8.3 erro on shared memory windows

Hi All,

Anyone knowns how to start postgres on win 2003 r2 with 2 GB of shared memory 
on 
O.S with 8GB.

ERROR FATAL: could not create shared memory segment 5
Failed system call was MapViewOFFileEx

I try use PAE :
/PAE /3GB but not sucessed.
