Not from pg_dump. You can use psql to dump the specific functions using 
pg_get_functiondef(oid)
psql -c "select pg_get_functiondef(oid) from pg_proc where proname='<fnction 
name>' and pronamespace=(select oid from pg_namespace where 
nspname='schemaname');" <dbname>;
