I've been searching the documentation and I've tried ALTER ROLE, REVOKE, etc etc etc & can't seem to find anything that shows me how to remove membership roles from a particular user / role. I've granted a user name 'david' a member of 'finance' role but how do I remove the role membership from 'david'?
