[GENERAL] postgresql 9 on windows 2000

Hi,

Does postgresql run on windows 2000?

I've tried to install postgresql-9.0.3-1 on windows 2000 but I couldn't connect 
to the default local server.

If not, which version can I use for windows 2000?
