hi, i have just reinstall my system which is Windows XP. I have my database on a server and after installation I can not connect to it. Error: " could not connect to server: connection refused (0x0000274D/10061). Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connection on port 5432. " occured.
Do others can connect to the server normally via browser. I am the only person who has the problem. Could you please help me. Thank you in advance. Katarzyna Nowicka
