[GENERAL] build of 9.0 did not make an "etc" directory

The log from make shows

but I do not see it in /opt/PostgreSQL/9.0.

Further, pc_config also believes it exists (or should):

    am-rjs:bin$ pwd
    /opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/bin
    am-rjs:bin$ ./pg_config --sysconfdir
    /opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/etc/postgresql

I do have the bin, include, lib and share directories.

I built with the following:

    am-rjs:bin$ ./pg_config --configure
    '--prefix=/opt/PostgreSQL/9.0' '--with-ossp-uuid' '--with-libxml'
    '--with-libxslt' '--with-openssl' '--with-perl' '--with-python'

Best to just restart?
