I am not sure if EXECUTE 'SELECT * FROM table" correctly sets FOUND
variable.

EXECUTE 'SELECT * FROM ' || quote_ident(stmt.tablename) || ' limit 1';
if found then
  ....
end if;

Is there other way to check if EXECUTE 'SELECT ...' found something or
not?
