    _lot lot;
BEGIN 
    INSERT INTO lot(configuration_file, operator_name, machine_name)
    VALUES(configurationFile, operatorName, machineName) RETURNING  * INTO _lot;
    return _lot;
END;$BODY$
  LANGUAGE 'plpgsql' VOLATILE
  COST 100;
