tried to install postgresql on vista ultimate, with uac turned off,( install user belongs to administrators group)
tried the binary install and then the source install with mingw the binary , wouldn't start service, install ended then and there . the source with mingw gave me an error 2 is there some someone who has done this successfully? How did they do it?
