Not really. Per here: https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/ubuntu/ Ubuntu 24 is supported, You would just have to change the repo to: ... noble-pgdg ...
is apt remove an effective way to uninstall or is there a better method?
Otherwise follow Raymond O'Donnell's suggestions to uninstall/purge.
