Help with "Create Extension unaccent"

With CREATE EXTENSION unaccent, I’m getting the following: 
ERROR:  extension "unaccent" has no installation script nor update path for 
version “1.0"

But I can find it under /usr/share/pgsql/extension/unaccent001.0.sql
