postgres event trigger workaround

Hi,

PG event triggers are not firing on CREATE ROLE, CREATE DATABASE, CREATE 
TABLESPACE by definition (would be nice if they do).

Is there any workaround to react with ddl_command_start behavior on such an 
event?
