posting,
One has to go to Mailing Lists - PostgreSQL wiki
<https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Mailing_Lists> to find the etiquette.

Seems to me that adding a link to the wiki on the first link makes sense as
well as possibly adding it to the subscription message
