Hi, Maybe this is not an issue, but first time I see it.
Only for 10.4 and rhel7 x86_64 I can see this issue (*). They are consistent for earlier releases, as well as for 10.4 and rhel 6 x86_64, and also for the release 9.6.9 all rpms are consistent. (*) https://yum.postgresql.org/10/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/ BR, Christian
