While what you have provided is not enough to diagnosis this further, I wonder if you really have a problem or just overlooking things ? I see the database was started OK and was up for a minute and half before it got a shutdown request. So may be someone or some script is actually stopping the service after a few minutes. I don't know Windows much to guess who and why.
