This sounds like it is most likely a problem with the poker tracker
installation software, so you will probably get a better and faster
resolution from them. It's quite likely that nobody who tracks the
PostgreSQL bugs list will have seen the problem installation code.

It's probably a bit more like you bought a new car and the keys the
dealer gave you won't open the door. ;-) The PostgreSQL community
manufactured the car; the Holdem folks delivered it and handed you
the keys....
