Debugging doesn't work in version 8.3.12. Debugging window doesn't open at all when using "Debugging > Debug" menu command from pgAdmin. And when using "Debugging > Set breakpoint" and then calling function - function just executes without stopping at breakpoint. The same happens in versions 8.3.11 and 8.3.10.
