Hmm - that's a missing error message which I've now fixed. The installer is basically trying to run: cscript //NoLogo "%TEMP%\postgresql_installer\installruntimes.vbs" "%TEMP%\postgresql_installer\vcredist_x86.exe" Those files are probably still there as the installer aborted - can you try running the command and see if there's any more helpful errors? The should also be an installation log in %TEMP% (look for bitrock*.log) which may shed some light on what's happened.
