I trate to install Postgresql 8.3 but I get an error "Error en instalación de postgreSQL vsjitdebugger.exe - Error de aplicación La aplicación no se ha podido inicializar correctamente (0xc0000142). Haga clic en Aceptar para terminar la aplicación." Why? I don´t know. I reinstalled all operating system but the error get back. Do you have any solution?
