Hi All, I have a database that refuses to start due to the afformentioned error. I am running POstgreSQL 8.1.11 on a Debian Etch box.
Does anyone know what this error means and how to recover from it? Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks, Val P.S. Here is the complete output I get Jan 5 10:36:29 db2 postgres[17111]: [2-1] LOG: database system was interrupted while in recovery at 2009-01-05 10:24:37 GMT Jan 5 10:36:29 db2 postgres[17111]: [2-2] HINT: This probably means that some data is corrupted and you will have to use the last backup for recovery.
