Hello, whenever I try to run initdb on a directory on partition "D:" with the parameter "-D" I get the error that a "file exists". I create a directory, give full rights for the user postgres and then run initdb on it. On partition E: it works. Both are NTFS. I have no programs open that might access the directories ...
