Installation program "ended prematurelly" just before displaying progressbar - without any information. There was cygwin package with Postgresql 7.4 (as system service) on this machine before, but it was removed, i'm not sure, maybe some pieces of registry entries or something was left. I was trying 8.2.6.2 and 8.3 - both ended the same way.
